The Financial Dispute Resolution Centre (“FDRC”) has revised the Terms of Reference 2018 in accordance with the Consultation Conclusions on “Proposals to Enhance the Financial Dispute Resolution Scheme”. The implementation of which was effective in phases from 1 FDRC Briefing Sessions: Terms of Reference 2018 (Implementation of terms in relation to small enterprises)
January 2018 onwards; while the terms in relation to small enterprises will take effect from 1 July 2018.
