Advanced Mediation Workshop for FDRC List of Mediators and FDRC List of Arbitrators (Workshop A) (2013)
As part of the FDRC Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Programme for mediators on the FDRC List of Mediators and arbitrators on FDRC List of Arbitrators, this workshop is to refresh and enhance the mediation skills of participants in handling the financial disputes under the Financial Dispute Resolution Scheme. This workshop is primarily designed for mediators. Arbitrators are also welcome to join.

- Pre-mediation Meetings
- Deal with Common Concerns and Responses from Eligible Claimant and Financial Institution
- Reframe Interests and Concerns to form the Agenda
- Exploration Skills (Caucuses and Joint Sessions)
- Coaching Negotiation
This workshop qualifies as a mandatory CPD event carrying 7 points.
