CPD event: Advanced Mediation Workshop - Mastering Mediation Challenges (CANCELLED) (2018)
This advanced workshop provides participants with the opportunity to experience firsthand the challenges in six mediation cases shared by a selection of international mediators across the globe. Participants will be asked to consider what they might do on a "mediation moment" when the case requires the mediator to ask themselves what to do next.
The workshop will include:
- Six mediation cases related to mainstream commercial and multiparty public interest disputes which are drawn from the world and designed for stretched learning purposes
- Role plays, group discussions and experience sharing sessions that assist participants in analyzing the interventions required to achieve the desired outcome for each case
- Discussions with several international mediators who mediated the cases
