Introduction
The Financial Dispute Resolution Centre Limited (FDRC) will come into operation in mid-2012 to administer an independent dispute resolution scheme to resolve monetary disputes between financial services providers and individual customers. This information seminar is designed for banks and will give a brief introduction on the following –
