A Welcome to FDRC Briefing and Gathering was organized for the staff members of the Complaints and Advice Division of Consumer Council. Senior Mediator of FDRC Mr. Oscar Tan led a guided-tour of the mediation rooms. He also introduced the services and the case handling process of FDRC. The two organizations shared experiences on how to resolve disputes by mediation. The briefing ended with a very fruitful discussion.
