FDRC Briefing Sessions - Consultation Conclusions on “Proposals to Enhance the Financial Dispute Resolution Scheme”

Introduction

The Financial Dispute Resolution Centre (“FDRC”) has recently announced the Consultation Conclusions on “Proposals to Enhance the Financial Dispute Resolution Scheme” (“Consultation Conclusions”). The amended terms will be effective from 1 January 2018, except for the part relating to small enterprises, which will be effective from 1 July 2018.

Seats are on a ‘first-come-first-served’ basis. If full, you will be put on waiting list. We may arrange another session(s) and notify you.

CPT Requirements:
This session may fulfil CPT requirements of the Securities and Futures Commission and obtain 1.5 CPD points from FDRC. Please refer to SFC’s Guidelines on Continuous Professional Training and FDRS Standards and Procedures.
