CPD event: HKIArb Training Course on Evaluative Mediation (2018)

The HKIArb Training Course on Evaluative Mediation (“Course”) is designed to be an intensive course for accredited mediators who have prior knowledge and experience in mediation. The Course will touch on matters relating to evaluative mediation, including issues relating to evaluative mediation in Hong Kong and PRC.
Mr. Ian Hanger AM QC will be the lead overseas trainer of the Course. He is an experienced legal and mediation practitioners in Australia and he will be focusing on matters relating to how to organise and deliver an evaluative mediation in an effective and systematic manner under the perspective of a highly experienced lawyer.
The Course will also cover matters relating to the application of evaluative mediation skills and the legal and regulatory framework of evaluative mediation in Hong Kong which will be presented by experienced and reputable local trainers, including Mrs. Cecilia Wong, Professor Leung Hing Fung and Mr. Winston Siu.
