Updates to the Financial Dispute Resolution Scheme (FDRS) Procedures

With effect from 1 December 2025, the following updates are introduced:
✅ Updated Joint Consent Form – Now requires the claim amount to be specified, ensuring informed consent from both parties.
✅ New Guidelines for Claims Over HKD 10 million– Clear procedures and fee structures to follow for mediation and arbitration cases involving claims of HKD 10 million or above, including deposit requirements and nomination processes of mediators and arbitrators.
