Survey on services provided by the Financial Dispute Resolution Centre

The FDRC is conducting a questionnaire survey on its services with financial institutions which are members of the FDR Scheme as well as stakeholders. The result of the survey will facilitate a comprehensive review on the FDRC services with a view to further enhance its role in assisting the resolution of monetary disputes between financial institutions and their customers.
