CPD event: Receptiveness of Companies in Using Mediation as a Method to Resolve International Trade Disputes
JMHO has conducted the research during the period from November 2017 to June 2019. The research aims at identifying the factors influencing parties' use of mediation to resolve commercial disputes. Two seminars will be conducted to present the research findings. Case study on mediating cross-border disputes will be included in the seminars.
