Special Office Arrangements under COVID-19 situation |

FDRC is currently providing normal services. |
Strong Wind Signal No.3 or below / Amber or Red Rainstorm Warning Signal |

| All FDRC services operate as normal. |
If the Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is hoisted before office hours |
|
| Telephone enquiry and walk-in enquiry service | FDRC will resume normal in 2 hours if the signal is lowered before 3pm, if situation allows. |
| Pre-arranged services | If the Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is in effect between 6 am and 9 am, the services in the morning session (9:00 am to 1:00 pm) shall be postponed. After services resume, FDRC staff sill contact the participants regarding the re-arrangement by email or by phone in due course. |
If the Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is hoisted during office hours |

| Telephone enquiry | Operate as normal. |
| Pre-arranged services | If the signal is issued after the start of the service, the session shall continue until the end. After services resume, FDRC staff will contact the participants regarding the re-arrangement by email or by phone in due course. |
If a Gale or Storm Signal No. 8 or above is in force before office hours |

| Telephone enquiry and walk-in enquiry services | FDRC will resume normal within 2 hours if the signal is lowered before 3pm, if situation allows. FDRC will remain closed if the signal is lowered at 3pm or after. |
| Pre-arranged services | If the Gale or Storm Signal is in effect between 6 am and 9 am, the services in the morning session (9:00 am to 1:00 pm) shall be postponed. |
If a Gale or Storm Signal No. 8 or above is / will be hoisted during office hours |

| Telephone enquiry and walk-in enquiry services | FDRC will resume normal within 2 hours if the signal is lowered before 3pm, if situation allows. FDRC will remain closed if the signal is lowered at 3pm or after. |
| Pre-arranged services | If a Gale or Storm Signal No. 8 or above is / will be hoisted on or after 11 am, pre-arranged services that are arranged to be held in the afternoon session (1:00 pm to 5:30 pm) shall be postponed. After services resume, FDRC staff will contact the participants regarding the re-arrangement by email or by phone in due course. |
If a Gale or Storm Signal No. 8 is lowered at or after 3 pm |

| FDRC will remain closed. After services resume, FDRC staff will contact the participants regarding the re-arrangement by email or by phone in due course. |
