Welcome to FDRC Briefing and Gatherings for Banks and Securities Firms

A Welcome to FDRC Briefing and Gathering was organized to welcome representatives from Banks and Securities Firms which are members of the Financial Dispute Resolution Scheme (FDRS). Ms. Sou Chiam, Chief Executive Officer of FDRC, introduced the FDRS, as well as the services and team members of FDRC. Guests were also invited for a guided tour of the mediation rooms.
The financial institution representatives welcome FDRC to conduct seminars to their front-line complain handling staff for providing them with a better understanding of the FDRS.
