A Welcome to FDRC Briefing and Gathering for the staff members of the Complaint Handling Team of SFC was organized. The Chief Executive Officer of FDRC Ms. Sou Chiam introduced the background, services and the case handling process of FDRC, as well as the Memorandum of Understanding obligations for FDRC and SFC. After a guided-tour of the mediation rooms, staff members of the two organizations exchanged experiences in the sharing session.
