FDRC Promotes its Dispute Resolution Services at the 2013/2014 Fall/Winter Sheung Wan Promenade
The 2013/2014 Fall/Winter Sheung Wan Promenade (the Event) is located at the intersection between Morrison Street and Wing Lok Street in Sheung Wan. Over the past 12 years, it has been popular with locals and visitors by providing diverse cultural performances, thematic carnivals, stalls selling a variety of hand-made products and NGOs and public interest organisations promoting its services.
On Sunday 24 November 2013, FDRC set up its stall to promote our services at the District level. Our staff provided information and answered questions raised by the visitors relating to FDRC services. Information in relation to the Financial Dispute Resolution Scheme was exhibited at the booth. In addition, over 850 FDRC leaflets were distributed to the visitors.
An interactive quiz designed to promote FDRC services was well received by the visitors. Those who answered the quiz correctly could receive a FDRC souvenir. Over 750 people participated in the quiz and took home with them FDRC reusable bags or pens.
We will participate in the Event again on Sunday 5 January 2014, please do come and visit our booth!
