CPD event: Nina Harding's Master Class
In the class, participants will learn advanced mediation skills from Nina, such as Deep Listening and Storytelling. Nina will share her knowledge on Decision Making, Collaboration and Cooperation. Skills in Questioning and the Power of Apology will be taught to move mediations forward and improve understanding. The neutral basis of Conflict and Communication will also be illustrated. Last but not least, Nina will share her views on the Value of Trust and the Cost of Conflict in a world of fake news.
