Issuance of Guidelines and Amendments to Terms of Reference
(1 November 2018, Hong Kong) – The Financial Dispute Resolution Centre (“FDRC”) has today issued four guidelines (“Guidelines”) and with respective amendments to Annexes IV and V of the Terms of Reference (“ToR”) pursuant to Paragraphs 3.2 and Paragraph 3.3 of Section A in the ToR.
The Guidelines and the amendments take immediate effect in accordance with Paragraphs 3.2 and 3.3 of Section A in the ToR.
