FDRC publishes its 2024 Annual Report
(29 August 2025) - The Financial Dispute Resolution Centre (FDRC) has today published its 2024 Annual Report, marking its twelfth year with a record mediation success rate and the second-highest number of applications to date. These results underscore increased public confidence in FDRC’s “Mediation First, Arbitration Next” approach and its key role in Hong Kong’s financial stability.
