FDRC Workshops for Banks & Securities Firms – Case Management Process

Introduction

The FDRC is an impartial and independent provider of dispute resolution services for financial disputes in Hong Kong. As members of the FDRS, you are cordially invited to attend the free workshops, themed Case Management Process, which cover the following topics:

  • Introduction to FDRC and FDRS
  • Role of financial institutions under FDRS
  • Intake Criteria
    • Who is an eligible claimant?
    • What is an eligible dispute?
  • Mediation and Arbitration
    • Case management meetings
    • Selection of mediator and arbitrator
  • Requirements to be FDRC mediators/arbitrators
  • Q&A

Who should attend?

Those involved in complaint handling, legal compliance and other interested staff members are welcome.

Please fill in the registration form and send it via email to pr@fdrc.org.hk.   

Seats will be offered on a ‘first-come-first-served’ basis.

Registrations will only be accepted via email and confirmation letters will be sent to applicants via email on or before 2 working days after the deadline.

No registrations will be accepted over phone or by fax.

 

If the workshops are full, we will put you on a waiting list and keep you informed of our upcoming events.
