(15 July 2019, Hong Kong) The Financial Dispute Resolution Centre (FDRC) today publishes its Annual Report 2018. In 2018, the FDRC initiated various service enhancements to the Financial Dispute Resolution Scheme and implemented them in phases from 1 January 2018 onwards. The FDRC will continue to provide timely and effective dispute resolution services to resolve monetary disputes between financial institutions and their customers.
