Mediation Conference 2019
Financial Dispute Resolution Centre (FDRC), through operating the Financial Dispute Resolution Scheme, provides an effective and cost-efficient channel for financial institutions and their customers to resolve their monetary disputes by way of primarily "Mediation First, Arbitration Next" approach.
FDRC fully supports the “Mediate First – Unlocking Potential” Mediation Conference 2019 organised by the Department of Justice. FDRC is one of the supporting organisations of the event, and is awarded Star Logo for the support of the "Mediate First" Pledge campaign and continued commitment to the use of mediation in resolving disputes.
