(22 July 2022, Hong Kong) The Financial Dispute Resolution Centre (FDRC) today publishes its Annual Report 2021. In 2021, due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic the FDRC handled a smaller number of enquiries. On the other hand, the number of applications for services rose by 20% and reached a record level. We also achieved a 90% success rate on mediation cases and kept a high users’ satisfaction rate on FDRC services.
