2018 Financial Dispute Resolution Week
The Financial Dispute Resolution Centre (FDRC) is committed to fostering an amicable financial environment for Hong Kong by providing an alternative dispute resolution platform. This platform offers independent, effective and cost-efficient mediation and arbitration services to the public in resolving their monetary disputes with financial institutions.
FDRC fully supports the “Mediate First – Exploring New Horizons” Mediation Conference 2018 organised by the Department of Justice and Hong Kong Trade Development Council. FDRC is one of the supporting organisations of the event.
