Mr Richard LEUNG Wai-keung JP has practiced as a barrister since 1994. He specialises in commercial law, company law, construction, arbitration and civil law.
Mr Leung is currently an accredited mediator of the Mediation Council of the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) and a chartered arbitrator of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (HKIAC, AIAC, SCIA, SHIAC, TJAC). Mr Leung possesses extensive experience in handling mediation and arbitration cases covering commercial, construction and various aspects. He was also the Past Chair of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (East Asia Branch) in the 2015/16 and 2016/17 terms.
