1. Total mediation costs (including Extended Mediation Time costs to be shared equally by the Parties) are capped at $20,000. 2. A small FI qualifying as Small Enterprise (SE) may file claim as EC, but the mediation /arbitration fee will be shared equally by the SE and the other FI.
