Mr Richard LEUNG Wai-keung JP was called to the Bar in 1994 and has been practicing as a barrister in Des Voeux Chambers since 1996. He specialises in commercial law, company law, construction, arbitration and civil law.
Mr Leung is currently an accredited mediator of the Mediation Council of the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) and a chartered arbitrator of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. He is on the list of arbitrator and/or mediator in many well known institutions such as HKIAC, Asian International Arbitration Centre (Malaysia), Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration, Shanghai International Arbitration Center, China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission Hong Kong Arbitration Center and others. Mr Leung possesses extensive experience in handling mediation and arbitration cases covering commercial, construction and various aspects. He was also the Past Chair of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (East Asia Branch) in the 2015/16 and 2016/17 terms.
