Mr YEUNG Man-sing

Mr Yeung Man-sing is a Hong Kong practicing lawyer. He is also a chartered quantity surveyor, chartered arbitrator and accredited mediator / adjudicator.

Mr Yeung graduated with a BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying and then, completed a Master of Laws both at the University of Hong Kong. He was admitted as solicitor of the HKSAR in 1993 and had since been involved in alternative dispute resolution services in respect of construction and later international investment.

Mr Yeung was the past Chair of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (East Asia Branch), and the HKIAC-Hong Kong Mediation Council. He is now the Chair of the Law Society’s Arbitrators Admission Committee, and the Appeal Tribunal Panel, Buildings Ordinance, and a member of the Accreditation Sub-Committee of the Steering Committee on Mediation of Department of Justice, HKSAR.

As a practicing arbitrator of a fair nos. of cases, Mr Yeung is with arbitral panels in Hong Kong, Singapore, Korea, Malaysia, India, Japan, mainland China, Taiwan and London.

Being on the mediation panels with different jurisdictions, Mr Yeung is also a practicing mediator in cases involving construction related and cross border investment disputes.
