Mr. Huang is a practicing solicitor and notary public in Hong Kong. He has over 35 years’ experience in civil litigation specializing in personal injuries and insurance cases.
Mr. Huang obtained his Bachelor Degree in Business Administration from the Chinese University of Hong Kong and thereafter obtained a Government scholarship to pursue his legal studies in the United Kingdom. He worked as a government lawyer before moving to private practice in 1988.
Mr. Huang’s public services include serving as the Vice-chairman of the Hong Kong Town Planning Board, the Deputy Chairman of the Urban Renewal Authority Appeal Board, and a panel member of the Private Columbaria Appeal Board. He is also a past Chairman of the Buildings Appeal Tribunal.
